Your data is yours. Always exportable.
Every transcript, summary, source file, entity table, and audit-log entry your firm has on Caseflow can be exported on demand in standard formats, in bulk, no questions asked, no engineering ticket required. This is a contractual commitment baked into our terms, not a feature flag.
Contract guarantee
30-day full-export window after cancellation.
If you cancel, your data stays exportable in full for thirty calendar days after the term ends. Trigger as many full-bundle exports as you need during that window. After day 30 we proceed with irreversible cryptographic erasure and issue a signed certificate of destruction. Written into the standard MSA.

Public REST API for bulk programmatic export.
Enterprise plans will get programmatic access to the same export pipeline that powers the in-app bundle download, for firms that want exports wired into their own retention or e-discovery automation. Tracked on the integrations roadmap.

These aren't aspirational. Every format below is supported today and is part of the standard subscription. No add-on fee, no Enterprise tier required.
Transcripts
Full transcripts, both original language and English translation, with timestamps preserved. SRT/VTT drop straight into Premiere or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
Summaries
Per-file AI summaries with every claim hyperlinked back to its source timestamp. PDF is courtroom-ready with watermarked or unwatermarked variants depending on plan.
Source media
Every byte you uploaded comes back exactly as you uploaded it: body cam clips, jail calls, surveillance, scanned reports. We do not re-encode source media.
Entity tables
Every face, badge, plate, weapon, person, location, and timestamp the AI extracted, with source-file references. Drops into Excel for filtering.
Brady-trail audit log
Immutable record of every upload, view, summary generation, edit, and export (actor, target, timestamp). Filterable by date / actor / case.
Machine-readable bundle
Single archive containing every file, transcript, summary, entity table, and audit log in their respective formats. Triggered from settings; arrives via signed download URL.

Export is available from day one.
You don't have to be on a paid plan to export. Even Free firms can pull their data back at any time.

Bulk exports happen on a signed URL, not a support ticket.
Trigger from /app/settings/security → Export bundle. Caseflow zips your firm's data and emails a download link within 24 hours (usually under an hour). The link is single-use and expires in 7 days.

Standard formats only.
SRT/VTT for transcripts, MP4/WAV for media, PDF/DOCX for documents, XLSX/CSV for tables, JSON for structured data. If a format becomes industry-standard later, we'll add it.

Your source media is byte-identical to what you uploaded.
We do not re-encode video or audio for storage. The MP4 you uploaded is the MP4 you'll get back.

Cryptographic erasure on request.
After export, you can request irreversible deletion of your tenant. We issue a signed certificate of destruction by the next business day.
