Every transcript, summary, source media file, entity table, and audit-log entry your firm has on Caseflow can be exported on demand in standard formats, in bulk, no engineering ticket required.

30-day full-export window after cancellation.

If you cancel, your data stays exportable in full for thirty calendar days after the term ends. You can trigger as many full-bundle exports as you need during that window. After day 30 we proceed with irreversible cryptographic erasure of your tenant and issue a signed certificate of destruction. Written into the standard MSA.

Public REST API for bulk export. Planned · Q4 2026

Enterprise plans get programmatic access to the same export pipeline that powers the in-app bundle download, for firms that want exports wired into their own retention or e-discovery automation. Roadmap, not vaporware: status tracked publicly on the integrations page.

12-month price lock on every annual contract.

Early-stage SaaS pricing tends to drift. Ours doesn't, not within your committed term. The clause below is verbatim from our standard MSA.

Price-lock clause. Your monthly rate is locked for the duration of your contract term. Annual plans receive a 12-month rate freeze on both the subscription tier and the per-GB processing rate. Public list-price changes never affect existing customers within their committed term. Changes only happen at renewal, with 60-day advance written notice.

$25,000 / year

Firm-wide processing cost is capped at $25,000 on a 12-month commit, for firms within the published fair-use ceiling. Above that ceiling the contract moves to a negotiated Enterprise agreement, with the same price-lock clause.

Renewal terms

60-day written notice

Any change to your rate at renewal arrives 60 days ahead of the renewal date, in writing, with the new rate and the option to decline and export under the 30-day data-portability window.

Public price changelog.

Every change to public list pricing is logged with date, what changed, and the rationale, so prospects can see the trajectory before signing and existing customers can see exactly what they're locked out of mid-term.

Integration Commitment Credit

If any connector listed above ships more than 30 days past its target quarter, customers on an annual contract receive 1 month of subscription credit per 30 days of slip, capped at 6 months. Credit can be applied to the next renewal or refunded on request. This clause is in the standard MSA and replaces any informal sales-call promise.
